While we try our best to capture our products pictures as closely as we can to the actual physical product, colours inevitably vary due to the amount of light present when the product was photographed and/or may vary on individual computer screens. Given this, we do not provide refunds if the colour you received is not as expected.

4. Given the nature of customised stationery, strictly no exchanges/refunds will be given for books that have been personalised.

5. Our ribbons are frayed by hand and given the delicate nature of the fabric, the ribbons may come with occasional and minor imperfections in the weave. Frayed ribbon edges also mean having to deal with an occasional loose thread or two. We do not consider these defects and kindly ask that you embrace the nature of the product.
