The details

– One file of your digital invitation (upon approval of your final proof) & up to 3 proofs.

– Digital invitation file aspect ratio, resolution & format: 16:9 (suitable for most mobile phones), 72dpi (mobile/web resolution), in JPEG.

– Receive a printed set of your invitation for keepsake with every purchase from The Garden Suite. The set includes 1 printed invite (in 5″ x 7″), 1 matching euro-flap envelope, and a botanical wax seal in bronze.

– Opt to purchase additional prints if required.

Timeline

– A 1st proof will be sent to you within 3-5 business days of your purchase and thereafter, up to 2 additional proofs free of charge.

– On average, you can expect to have your digital invitation finalised & ready for sending out within 2 -3 weeks from your date of purchase. Thereafter, we’d need another 2 weeks to prepare and process your prints for shipping.

– This timeline assumes your prompt response to our proofs within 2 days.

 

Shipping

– The complimentary set of print for keepsake will sent out via tracked mail within 2 weeks from your approval of the final proof (of your digital invite).

– If you had opted for additional prints, they will sent out together with your complimentary keepsake set via courier within 2 weeks from your approval of the print proof.

 

Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. All sales are final; especially due to the nature of digital products, no cancellations or refunds will be given.

2. Digital Invitation Proofs – The 1st draft will be sent to you within 3-5 business days of your purchase and thereafter, up to 2 additional proofs free of charge (pertaining to changes in text colour / text only). Subsequent proofs (4th draft and beyond) are chargeable at $35 each.

3. Printed Invitation Proofs – This applies only to additional prints (in sets of 10 or more), and only 1 proof will be given as it would be based on the final & approved digital invitation proof. No proofs of the print version will be given for the complimentary keepsake set of stationery.

4. While we try our best to capture our products pictures as close as we can to the actual product, colours may vary slightly due to the amount of light present when the product was photographed (for physical products) and/or may vary due to different monitor settings on individual screens (for digital products).

5. Digital product vs. print –  Please note that print colours may slightly vary from screen colours due to different colour modes for screen vs. print (RGB vs CYMK), and choice of paper/print methods.

6. Print / Paper – The Garden Suite invites are single-side, full digital print, on our standard in-house, 300gsm white, slightly textured card stock. Envelopes are euro-flap, made from 135gsm card stock.

Invitations purchased from ABWM are strictly limited to personal distribution only, for the purposes of informing your guests about your special occasion. The design /artworks, in whole or in part, may not be used, copied, reproduced or redistributed in any way otherwise.
